Honor urges with the 8 Pro to the upper class: With its 5.7-inch screen, it seems like a big Huawei P10. But can the Honor 8 Pro compete with the flagship?

Honor has quickly evolved into buyer’s favorite: The hitherto phones of the Huawei subsidiary offer solid crafting as well as good technology at a comparatively moderate price. With the Honor 8 Pro they now want to conquer the upper class: For the 5.7-inch mobile, the Chinese recommend a price of 549 EUR (Germany/Europe, including 19% VAT, may vary depending on country) and thus almost as much as the parent company calls for its current flagship, the Huawei P10 which costs 599 EUR. But can the discount brand really compete with a top model? Even when it comes to the quality of the dual camera? The answer plus all test results in this review.
